IMAP login failed if server not supports LOGIN or PLAIN methods #69

The only information is that the login failed.

the information that only servers supporting the PLAIN or LOGIN method are 
supported.

AUTH=DIGEST-MD5 and
AUTH=CRAM-MD5

should also be supported and used as default if possible

well - I have reopened the PLAIN method to get the App running
