After change to non-daylight savings time (Winterzeit), recurring events are shifted by one hour #77

I noticed that after the change to non-daylight savings time (Winterzeit), 
which occurred two nights ago, all recurring events are shifted to an earlier 
time by one hour on the Android calendar on my phone. In korganizer, the times 
of these events are correct. This problem could somehow be related to this 
kolab issue<https://issues.kolab.org/issue426>, but I don't have the time to 
investigate it further right now.

I've added the correct timezone to the calendar entry, like 
https://github.com/android/platform_packages_apps_calendar/blob/donut-release/sr
c/com/android/calendar/EditEvent.java did
