[Request] Time

Add linux time command which allows measuring command execution time.

the problem is that there's a windows command time as well

Ok, can we have it under another name, like linux_time?

If someone does not care/use the windows time command, that person can always:

• add GOW bin dir on top of PATH
• create a symlink in GOW bin dir from time -> linux_time

Or to keep it consistent with the others (like gfind): gtime ?

Regardless, it would be nice to have the Unix "time".
