Download page does not contain the last version #251

Hi, and first, thanks for your work.

Just a very small issue, the first link I found on the Internet for your project was https://github.com/bmatzelle/gow/downloads where last version available is 0.7.0, but, afterward I found the https://github.com/bmatzelle/gow/releases page with a 0.8.0 version available.

Maybe update the download page or redirect it to the release page if possible.
