C# data for 2022-03 looks wrong #33

The C# score went down between 2022-02 and 2022-03, which doesn't seem right since it's been in the top 5 on the most growth chart from the beginning.

C# repo count for 2022-02-01: 3332921
C# repo count for 2022-03-01: 3406472
C# tag count for 2022-02-01: 1518238
C# tag count for 2022-03-01: 1524803

🧐 tag count didn't work until I URI-encoded 'c#' -> 'c%23'
