Can not boot #143

Device: PJD110 (Oneplus 12) KernelPatch: 0.11.1 Apatch: 11001 Kernel: 6.1.57-android14-11-o-g26041213ac6c Android: 14 (API 34)

When flash another slot before OTA rebooting, error occured: Connecting to boot hal... Error getting bootctrl v1.0 module. [X] Failed to connect to boot hal, you may need switch slot manually

and then the device can not boot. Switch to another(now) slot can solve, but the update zip file did not be applied.

Android 14 to Android 14 (a small version), not 14 to 15.
