Login page broken when using the default version on a mobile device #102

When the default login page is enabled and the instructions (auth_instructions) are visible it causes the login boxes to vanish from the page, it also messes with the layout and causes everything to align to the left.

Tested on Moodle 2.7.7 with the latest version of the theme installed

I've attached some screenshots showing the problem

What browser? Only on Android, or have you seen it happen on other platforms as well?

Sorry for the slow response,

This was on Chrome for Android. I had also tested on Chrome desktop and resized the window so that it was narrow to mimic a mobile device and the same issue displayed there.
