Elegance 3.1 does not support global search #169

Moodle 3.1 introduced a search bar in the header when global search was enabled. Any chance that feature could be added to Elegance? See: (https://github.com/moodle/moodle/commit/4040c8b35e89ea6c3e7760480c54e90c253767b4)

Will need some time to explore this, but sure would be a welcome addition.
