Above 1182px wide see screenshot below.
Between 1182 and 975 it looks fine.
Between 975 and 750 you get another similar issue
Between 750 and 607 it looks fine.
Between 607 and 420 it is bad again.
Below 420 they're all in the same column.
If you look in the screen shot you'll see that "Career and Technical Education" is longer than the rest. This seems to be causing the problems, If it is on the end of the line of icons then there is no issue. If it is in any other position in the line of icons then it causes a problem.
