Standardize all font-awesome settings #4

Some font-awesome settings are text field inputs, others prefixes fa-, and others are a menu. We need to pick a standard and apply that to all settings.

Marketing spots and quick links all use the icon name without the fa- prefix (e.g. "star")... hard to choose... Default category icons uses a dropdown list of all icons... hard to update...

forcing a user to know or go to a website to choose from a list is harder for the user than a dropdown. however, maintaining a list of available icons is also hard. I think we'll go with the text box as opposed to the drop down. When font-awesome releases the next version with 100 new icons we don't want to add them to the dropdown list.
