Course title not shown on course pages #45

The course title is missing from course pages. Compare with Bootstrap theme where the title is shown in an

at the top.

I think there's supposed to be an HTML tag there - but can you give me a screen shot?

is it really necessary? this may have been a decision to omit. the course title is in the <title> tag and the breadcrumb.

I'm going to close this as "invalid" and assume that it was by design. If you want it back please open a new issue requesting it as a setting and I'll fast-track it for milestone v2.7.2
