Logged In User Block Move Button and Actions Menu Don't Work #50

If I look at it using Dev Tools it looks like 

<div class="myprofileitem fullname" id="yui_3_15_0_4_1405782124365_749">Moodle Admin</div>

is overlapping with the buttons.

Here you go. It looks like this element overlapping bit is on top of this element menu parts

The end result is that if you turn on editing and try to select the actions menu or the move button it just keeps a normal cursor instead of the link hand for the action menu and the move arrows for the move button.

it was the only way to make it work well.
