Main content doesn't expand to 'full screen' (cf Bootstrap) #57

If you go to all the trouble of making all the blocks not visible on the course page then the centre content area doesn't expand to fill the space. The right-hand block column is still there (with editing off)

Compare this to the Bootstrap theme which actually has a 'Full screen' option.

this is probably a layout issue which is inherited from theme_bootstrap - but we don't have their solution inherited. I need to look at their renderer or how they output it to include it.
