10 years ago the two issues at play are overflow-x and the layout leaving a block region when there's no blocks in it. What will be important to find out is how drag-and-drop questions handle a region being resized and resizing an image: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=259346
The blocks in moodle quiz are not adjusting for the images in my quiz, they just overlap the box:
Zooming doesn't fix it using the Elegance Theme (or in the Zebra Theme)
Zooming does fix it using the Clean Theme...
It works properly (no zooming required) in Essential Theme…. however it looks tiny because the blocks behave weirdly (image below)
