My moodle version is 2.7 and I am running on localhost. I downloaded theme from https://moodle.org/plugins/view.php?plugin=theme_elegance. Theme version is 2.7.1.00 (Build: 2014082100). When theme developer mode is checked everything is fine. When unchecked CSS style is disappeared. I did purge all caches as well. Thanks in advance.
