If you don't have a Shibboleth authentication server, how can you test this? How do you get to its login page?
I've enabled its authentication method but have no server.
When I use the URL '/auth/shibboleth/index.php' prepended with my test server, I get 'Shibboleth authentication doesn't seem to be set up correctly because no Shibboleth environment variables are present for this page. Please consult the README for further instructions on how to set up Shibboleth authentication or contact the webmaster of this Moodle installation.'
I haven't had to do this in a while, but I think if you access the Shibboleth settings in Moodle and check "Moodle WAYF service" you'll be able to get this page without configuring anything else. Note that this completely overrides the standard login page; if your session expires you won't be able to log back unless you turn it off again or change it in the database.
Thanks. Note: Login issues can be prevented by having a 'login' block on the front page before turning on 'Moodle WAYF service'.

Whats the reason behind above error.
I am not an expert on Shibboleth configurations. Do you have any proof this is a theme issue?
I have facing Error with Following information ............................
I am sorry but this is not related to the bootstrap theme. Please use Moodle forums for questions like these.
Shibboleth has its own page for selecting an IDP. This page doesn't render properly: the drop-down is hidden. This makes it impossible to login normally to the Moodle site. This isn't an issue with Clean.
