ladder challenge setup #4

This is an individual ladder challenge system.

The ladder challenge sets up a seeding of 1...x. 2 can challenge 1 3 can challenge 2

There needs to be some kind of notification set up to indicate when someone has been challenged and for them to receive the challenge by email.

That ladder will be used for seeding a tournament.

Tell me if I am setting up milestones and issues correctly... this one seems like its relatively simple in concept, need your thoughts on how to implement.

milestones is more of a.. 'want this to be done by x timeframe' So like... Alpha would be a milestone... if we had an 'alpha' testing phase, with a portion of the features available... where we focus on testing them, and making things look pretty. Then like.. Beta.. another milestone, where mostly everything is done, and now it's just testing and updating, and getting ready for release...

Ultimately, milestones can be anything.. They could be dates... we want this feature ready by X month, Y day.

Whatever, so long as everyone that is working on it knows when its expected to be ready, to move onto the next step, feature, or whatever.
