Need to hook up the Group Edit icon in the grid.

Story

As a user of Vector, I need the ability to Edit Group names so I can correct mistakes, and clarify groups as needed.

Acceptance Criteria

• User will be able to click the Edit icon for a group name in the grid.
• A modal dialog will tell the user that the change will change the group of all interfaces with that group name to have the updated name.
  • A field will be displayed for the user to change the name of the group.
• User can cancel, which will close the dialog with no changes being made.
• User can continue and the changes will be made
