fix a capitalization error in the installation instructions #1

Actually, it seems to be the canary in the coalmine for a larger issue. BioSequences LongDNASeq seems to have been changed via https://github.com/BioJulia/BioSequences.jl/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md https://github.com/BioJulia/BioSequences.jl/issues/216
