Dear Will,

I am new to JAVA and Alfresco, but I really miss the feature "Send as e-mail" 
in Alfresco. 

I found an article 
http://abdoulayeballa.blogspot.com/2011/02/configure-alfresco-to-send-mails-with
.html which describes the initial idea, but I lack in skills to implement it.

As Alfresco still does not provide this functionalaty, could you take a look at 
this and create an add-on?
