WikiRichContent is not working on Alfresco 3.4.5 #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add the *.jar to tomcat/shared/lib
2. put 2 headings in a new page or select a text and click on the insert/edit 
link
3. no new features are available

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
new features, no new features

What version of the add-on are you using? Please provide version of the
downloaded package, or Subversion revision number.
Subversion 678

What version of Alfresco are you using? On what application server?
3.4.5, tomcat

What web browser are you using? Please supply browser name and version.
Firefox 7.0/8.0

Please provide any additional information below.

The new Wiki features Only work in IE (8.0). 
I've tried multiple version of Firefox and it's not working.

Cannot reproduce with Wiki Rich Content 0.3 or 0.3.1 releases. There have been 
no significant functional changes since r978 in the 0.x line, so I suspect this 
issue is due to Tomcat not loading the JAR file.
