Node Browser label is not correct #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. deploy the node browser extra
2. go to the admin console in Share

What is the expected output? 
  Node Browser

What do you see instead?
  tool.node-browser.label

What version of the product are you using?
 3.3.3

On what operating system?
MAC OS X 10.6.7

Please provide any additional information below.
Looks like a missing properties file

Problem was that the Spring configuration defining the resources bean was in an 
XML file in alfresco/web-extension which is not picked up in 3.3. I've now 
moved the file to org/springframework/extensions/surf, which should be picked 
up in 3.3 as well.

So this should be fixed in SVN r271, plus in node-browser-0.1.1.jar which I've 
just added to the Downloads section.
