MSER and 1-click: select detail level containing 1 mark per MSER #46

1-click approach asks the user to mark every grain exactly once. (The mark on the Aux layer can have arbitrary shape and size, but cannot touch the grain boundaries.) These are called 1-click marks.

Generate MSERs (standard algorithm). These are hierarchical regions (a bigger one may contain smaller ones inside it). Choose the largest possible MSERs for every mark so that no MSER may contain multiple marks.

(Store the smallest MSERs, so that the user can ask for changes easily. Maybe use a superblob concept?)
