A potential data source to be evaluated for addition to BMEG: https://xenabrowser.net/datapages/?dataset=TCGA.PANCAN.sampleMap%2FGistic2_CopyNumber_Gistic2_all_thresholded.by_genes&host=https%3A%2F%2Ftcga.xenahubs.net

This would add information on copy number variation seen in TCGA samples, per-sample, per-gene.

Closing in favor of #120 which has better data organization.
