Add DGIdb data; update compound normalizer #341

Adds drug / gene interaction from DGIDB.
Updates the drug_enricher to get better coverage.
Adds additional properties onto compound vertices.

Includes updates to the CTRP and GDC transformers. Both of these data source contained multi-drug treatments. These are now split and emitted separately
