I think its due to these changes: https://github.com/bmeg/bmeg-etl/blob/db043575a5c2c8f11ca70b935dc1ec37cdc9910e/transform/g2p/phenotypes.py#L24-L34

The G2P transform now emits ~1/ 3 the number of phenotypes it used to due to those changes.
