Cases / Samples / Aliquots all have the same cellline_attributes.
Single project per program for CCLE / GDSC / CTRP.
Single path per project / cell line for Project <--> Case <--> Sample <--> Aliquot. This means for CCLE a single Aliquot may connect to TranscriptExpresion / SomaticCallset / DrugResponse nodes. I think that this change makes traversals simpler. It also greatly reduces the number of Aliquot nodes in the graph.
