Adds extract for wiki #365

This PR implements the following flow between bmeg & semantic wiki:

This enables curators to edit synonym->Compound|Phenotype->Ontology mappings

In addition code is deployed in a corresponding git repository for the wiki. https://github.com/bmeg/wiki
