Fixes a bug where a partially incorrect json pointer path wouldn't be skipped when running gen-graph
ex: jsonschemagraph gen-graph ../../iceberg/schemas/graph/Specimen.yaml META/Specimen.ndjson.gz GRIP-ETL Specimen
