default values tested with robot, critical threshold set to signal dBm when near losing real-time packet arrival warning level to a few dBm less
correct offsets for WiFi signal bar (left/right)
also unified scene UI tree as prefab across the scenes
also set correct action for buttons in TestingTheLIDAR (now replays will work)
