remove old HEVC Main10 depth+ir leftovers #17

Remove deprecated pipeline leftovers from code.

This is only confusing.

The pipeline will still be available in previous release.

The leftovers are in rnhve_hevc.cpp, related to StreamType::DEPTH_WITH_INFRARED
