Cannot activate behind corporate proxy #2889

Describe the bug I've read all the previous issues and still cannot activate. In VSCode settings I have set http.proxy to the proxy server, http.proxyStrictSSL : false and http.proxySupport: "on". I also changed"intelephense.trace.server" to "verbose"

When trying to activate I get the following popus: Key could not be activated at this time. Please contact support. Your Intelephense licence key could not be activated at this time. Please contact support if this error persists.

On Output - Extension Host: [info] ExtensionService#_doActivateExtension bmewburn.vscode-intelephense-client, startup: false, activationEvent: 'onCommand:intelephense.enter.key'

Platform and version Windows 11 VSCode 1.89.1 Intelephense: 1.10.4
