As a new user of Intelephense I'm trying to get an overview of all the available rules. For example I encountered couple of rule that I would like to learn more about, like
Using ${} in strings is deprecated.intelephense(P1007)
Undefined type ....intelephense(P1009)
(PS: This issue is not about explaining any of the above examples, but about a general documentation of all rules)

An easy accessible document or webpage that describes the rules. For example it could be placed here https://github.com/bmewburn/intelephense-docs
Giving users some context about this rule.

Apologies, if such document already exists, but I couldn't find any.
PSS: This question is not about documentation about the formatting ruleset, but about the ruleset that has
PXXXXtype of rules.
