Currently, update is manual

ssh evalink@evalink03.westus3.cloudapp.azure.com
tmux attach
control-c the server
git pull
./manage.py migrate
DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE=evalink.settings gunicorn evalink.wsgi
control-b d (this disconnects the tmux while leaving it running evalink.wsgi)

If the vm restarts, then we also have to cold boot things:

cd ~/mars-evalink/evalink
tmux
