Add UX around the send dialog to show messages coming in

A first whack at this is live. You can click on the sender's name to see them on the map.

We should use the timestamp and also format it nicely. I'm leaving this ticket open while we get it more polished.

We also know the location where the text was sent, so we could be placing that on the map.
