Fix gRain integration #32

Due to recent in gRain integration is currently broken. Have removed a number of tests, commenting with "gRain implementation change". Current gRain version seems strange - nodeNames() is documented but not exported. Wait for updates before fixing.

I seem to have fixed this now, as the existing unit tests are working. Needs to be uploaded to CRAN.
