See https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-api -- since we just want Login with Twitter and the followers API we may be able to launch on free tier.

Given #20 we may not be able to launch with Facebook, so may be able to punt on some of the UI / UX questions relating to handling multiple logins.

I now believe listing followers is only available on the Basic tier, which is $100/month.

My plan here is to only work on this if I can set up something like a ko-fi and people pay me $100/mo to cover the costs (or realistically perhaps more like $120/mo to cover my AWS costs too)
