Improve test suite #13

If anyone want to take a shot at this, I'd really appreciate it. :) The current test suite kinda sux IMHO. I'd like to get some more test cases before I release a version 1.0.

Closing this issue for now since there have been no bugs in the last few months. I will be pushing node-mysql-queues to version 1.0.0 shortly. More than likely the lifespan of this library will not be long enough to require a full test suite anyway.
