separate ontology terms by vertical bar #8

For consistency with other fields, would it make sense to separate multiple ontology terms by the vertical bar | instead of whitespace?

I decided not to use a vertical bar as I think that implies some kind of choice and the intention is that all ontology terms are relevant. Another DCC has already submited a large number of data dictionaries in this format.

What do you think?

With the recent updated to this spec, other RADx projects need to convert to this updated spec anyway. It would be easy to change the separator during this process.
