Make more use of JSON Schema to validate CEDAR instances #14

At the moment:

JSON Schema isn't used to validate presence of required fields (but it should be.)
Regular expression patterns should be kept in JSON Schema.

Just a thought... if we didn't want to change the storage model then another idea is to produce a more validating JSON-Schema file as side-product (exposed via a REST API call for example)
