@matthewhorridge Thanks for creating this issue. It can be part of OA2.8 ("Continue supporting RADx DCCs for data ingestion into the NIH COVID RADx Data Hub repository"). I've labeled with it.

I updated the label to OA2.7 , which is a better place for this work.
