The metadata for Radx RAD includes pi_profileid and pi_orcid, but the current template does not support multiple contributor identifiers. To accommodate this, we should introduce a nested element that includes the Identifier and Identifier Scheme within the Data File Contributor and Data File Creator elements.

Changes are visible in this spreadsheet. Made the contributor and creator identifier mutiple valued fields. Dropped the creator identifier type because this can be deduced from the identifer. We can make this explicity in downstream/derived artifacts.
