We need to make a button on the details view that will take you to the Contact Form page and automatically sends in the Make, Model, and CarId to the Subject box and then disables the box so the user doesn't change the subject and the admin/manager can understand which car the user is talking about even if the site had high traffic, making it easier by also including the CarId.
