We rewrote tomato using the bmlt-root-server codebase, and there's just no good way to keep this /rest/v1/formats endpoint, so I added a way to get formats by id to the GetFormats endpoint. Both /rest/v1/formats and this new way will be available for a few days. It would be nice to get a new release with this change so hat we can redeploy tomato using the bmlt-root-server codebase.
