When pointing to a Region, it doesn't display Areas underneath a Metro Committee... #5

I set up https://bmlt.centralatlanticregionofna.org/ portal and it doesn't display Richmond, New Dominion or TriCities areas under the Metro Committee report, nor does it display the Areas individually...

Just in the Proofs tab, the changes does list the changes but you can't select an area just the metro...
