new meetings ui service body select should have unselect all/select all button

The new Service Bodies filter selector in the Meeting editor should have a select all/unselect all like the Day select.

I tried really hard with this one, the logic is complex and requires two way reactivity. If anyone wants to take a crack at it go for it
