3 weeks ago I wasn’t thinking of hiding it. To me it makes sense to allow anyone to be able to suggest a change in the quickest way possible. I don’t believe burying it solves any issue. If over time people complain or want it somewhere else then it could be moved.

This is a great idea but I have a question about how it's being used. Are you imagining a special crouton list for meeting reps etc., basically a crouton frontend to workflow, or are you thinking of adding this button to the normal meeting lists that everyone normally sees? Because in the first case, I wonder if the button should maybe be on the meeting-details page/ modal. In Germany we have a mail-to link under the contact information (there's a root server option to export the service body e-mail). This keeps the main page free of basically info that is really useful only for trusted servants. It makes the button a bit harder to find, though. But I'm thinking, the info on where to find it is only needed by trusted servants, and they should be able to look for it/ find out where it is. Also, I hate adding things into the meeting-template, that cannot be modified by the user. I can live with either solution, I just wanted to share the idea.
