Need to display "Virtual Meeting Additional Information" field #18

This is where we put the passcodes for virtual meetings. Many groups are choosing to give us the meeting ID and passcode and not the URL with embedded passcode. Upcoming Meetings plugin is useless to us without this field and Areas have had to stop using it.

I just pushed an update 1.3.5 that adds the virtual meeting additional info field.

Update 1.3.5 shows the virtual meeting additional info field but has one bug. In "simple" view the new field is nyperlinked and it goes to a meaningless url. In "block" or "table" mode it is not hyperlinked which makes sense.

Also, if this new field was displayed last after the virtual meeting url field and phone number field it may look nicer and make more logical sense.
