Preflight conflicts wrongly applied #15

in some cases service now overrules the information collected during the preflight phase on deployment of an update set

Fix https://github.com/bmoers/sn-cicd-integration/commit/685b5cedc6f54670f08e22f360e9a18d63eb5797 is resolving this problem. Please use the CICD Integration App in version >= 1.4.8
