ability to attach comment metadata to project, column, row, cell, JSON actions

What steps will reproduce the problem?

[commenting is good procedure for a thousand reasons and never more so than 
when transforming data. it would be good to be able to attach comments to 
project, column, row, cell, and JSON actions. For ex, I just completed a 
project where, b/c of the loading software, I have to remember to export in CSV 
rather than Excel. There is no easy place for me to make a note of this.]

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
